Absolute Beginners Welcome
Wet felting is the method by which wool fibres are soaked and then formed into fabric by rubbing and rolling.
With Kris you will learn how to lay fibres in alternate directions, build them up in layers and add embellishments such as silks, threads, different fibres and even sparkles. Then discover how the basic form of the bag is made before using soap, water and a lot of manipulation to allow the magic to happen.
There will be a choice of different sizes an styles you can attempt and by the end of the day you will be taking home a damp but finished piece of work.
