February Newsletter

Dear painters, Crafters and Stitchers,

The holiday’s over and we’re raring to go, spring is around the corner and the days are getting longer – yipee! Although it is still a tad chilly, as reported by Nigel as he returns from the quay after another plein air painting expedition.

The Kitchen

We have now fitted a lovely new kitchen in the vault adjoining the main studio, which was christened last Saturday with our first catered workshop of the year – it’s sooo much easier. Culinary delights await you and on a more practical note it frees up the sink in the utility area for the sole purpose of washing brushes and pallets.

We are so pleased to be working with Lois, who’s paper cut art is truly amazing; it has to be seen to be believed.

Hopefully that gives a flavour of what’s going on at the Bank and maybe wets your appetite to get creating. As always you can give us a call or email if you want to know any more about our courses and workshops or indeed, if there is anything you would like to see that we don’t currently offer; if you are a club or a group of friends we might be able to tailor something to your needs.

So all that’s left is to wish you all well, hope to see you soon and the obligatory Banksey pic.
