Two Day Course Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th June
All Materials Provided which includes Artist Quality Paint and Paper.
This weekend is designed for the absolute beginners or those who would like to loosen up, aiming to take the fear out of water colour.
Initially we will be experimenting and producing loose, splashy samples whilst concentrating on the fundamentals of painting and different techniques, embracing the alchemy of this wonderful medium in order to produce lively backgrounds. We will then look at paint consistency and brush strokes to add detail and enhance composition.
Ultimately we will paint an atmospheric landscape, considering: tone, colour and light.
All materials are included, but by the end of the weekend you will have a good idea of what to purchase in order to carry on with your watercolour journey.
Includes homemade lunch and refreshments
