Bookings
The initial deposit of £30 secures your place on any course or workshop and is non – refundable under any circumstances, other than Old Bank Studios cancelling the event.
For courses of more than one day, you may be required to pay a further deposit of £30 per day.
You will receive a reminder to pay the balance of your booking 6 weeks prior to the event date (8 weeks for courses of more than one day), payment is due at this time. You risk losing your place and forfeiting your deposit if your balance is not paid on time.
We reserve the right to substitute the tutor if for any reason the advertised tutor is unable to deliver the event.
Cancellations
If we postpone/cancel an event you will have the option to move your booking to a new date, select an alternative or receive a full refund of any monies paid.
If you cancel six weeks before the event date the deposit (£30 per day) is forfeit but any balance that has been paid will be refunded or transferred to another course.
If you cancel four or less weeks before the event date the balance will only be refunded if the place can be filled.
