Daphne Sandham - Beginners Oil Painting, Still Life Flowers and Jug

ALL MATERIALS INCLUDED

The day will begin with a brief description of the properties and uses of oil paint before setting up your subject. You will select a nice jug from Daphne’s extensive collection and whatever flowers that are in bloom in her garden.

Once set up you will be painting on a small, deep canvasses so that it can be free standing, say on a bookcase where people would like a jug of flowers or hung on wall. You can paint along with Daphne step by step as she explains the process, colour use and light. You can expect to complete a painting by the end of the day.

The day will finish with an explanation of how to clean up and care for your bushes.
