Fenella will take you through the processes you will need to make a group of decorative fantasy birds which can be hung on a string to decorate your house or garden. You could “go wild” and make more natural looking birds. You can also choose to have your birds on a steel stick to place in a pot or in the garden. So much choice!!!These gorgeous fused glass birds stand up to the weather really well. As with all her glass workshops Fenella will take your finished work home yo fire in her kiln and then return it to the studio within 2 weeks for collection.

Includes homemade lunch and refreshments

About the Artist

Fenella has been working with kiln formed glass for over 25 year. She was first introduced to this versatile process in the mid 1990’s at Art College and majored in fusing glass as an art form; carrying out many experiments on compatibility in her garage using a tiny ceramic painting kiln.

As a full time artist Fenella takes on commissions large and small and exhibits and sells her work. She enjoys teaching, eager to pass on her skill and knowledge.
