Ian McManus - Painting Watercolours with Impact

During this instructive day with Ian McManus you will be able to complete at least one painting. You will work along with Ian following his demonstration which he will break down into a few manageable chunks. There will be an appraisal of your completed work at the end of the day.

Ian will show you how to improve the initial drawing of the subject, demonstrate the importance of composition, design, perspective and how to use colour and tone to give your painting narrative, atmosphere and impact.

Working with Ian will provide you with the foundations you need to continue improving your paintings at your own pace.

Includes homemade lunch and refreshments
