With Lavinia learn how to use watercolour in combination with line drawings in pen. Not only is this method useful for adding life to line drawings or for making colour notes, but can make for really interesting and striking images in their own right.
The Workshop will begin with a demonstration of this most convenient and portable method of working. You will then attempt your own sketches and paintings from life as well as from your own reference material (holiday snaps are good). This day will provide you with plenty of useful hints for working outside, choosing subjects and working at speed.
This day is aimed at beginners and improvers, but even the more experienced will have something to gain from working with a very accomplished artist.
Includes refreshments
