A great day ideal for both experienced and beginners in Free Machine Embroidery. Layers of printed fabrics are sandwiched and stitched with the darning foot before using the Soldering tool to reverse applique. This technique creates a completely new and fabulous textural fabric which you will use to create your silk backed book wrap embellished with wrapped cords and Tyvek Beads.
Requirements –
If you have one please bring along your fine nib soldering tool (Margaret Beal )
Embroidery scissors
Embroidery threads (if you have them)
Feel free to bring your own sewing machine and darning foot if you have one.
