Textile Art – Machine Embroidery

Spend a day creating your own layered fabric whilst exploring the multitude of decorative stitches available on your sewing machine. Whilst learning about the different materials available to the textile artist you will combine colour, texture and stitch to produce a layered sample which will be constructed into cards and a decorative box. This is an ideal workshop for beginners in free machine embroidery.

All materials, lovely Deli lunch and refreshments are included.

Sewing machines are available for all students, however if you would like to bring your own that is also fine, but it will need a darning foot.
